Scott Tarulli is a Boston-based guitarist, artist, and producer, and clinician who has played professionally for over 28 years. His sound is influenced by greats like Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Cornell Dupree, Bill Evans, Steve Lukather, and James Burton.
Tarulli released his debut solo album, "Transitions" (2004) followed by a live album, "September in Boston: Live" (2005). In 2012, Tarulli released a follow-up album titled "Anytime, Anywhere" featuring Tony Levin and Jerry Marotta. This instrumental album is full of guitar-oriented rock, funk, and jazz.
Aside from his busy life as sideman and touring artist, Tarulli has held clinics and Master Classes at prestigious music schools including Berklee College of Music, Hollan College on Prince Edward Island, Canada, and Conservatorio Statale di Musica "L. D'Annunzio" Pescara in Pescara, Italy. He has performed in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Umbria and Pescara in Italy, and Paris, France.
Pitch Slapped is one of the world's premier co-ed a cappella groups. Named one of the top five a cappella groups in the country by USA Today, the group has won two International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella competitions in 2011 and 2014. In 2010, the group appeared on NBC's The Sing Off and was featured on America's Got Talent in 2015.
