Howie Day - 20th Anniversary of "Stop All The World Now"

Howie Day, known for his emotive lyrics and inventive melodies, has garnered critical acclaim and a devoted fanbase. With energetic live shows and a quirky sense of humor, he connects deeply with audiences. Day's warm voice, described as soaring yet gritty, has earned him praise. A native of Bangor, Maine, Day started playing piano at age five and guitar at 12. By 15, he was performing his own songs across New England. After releasing his debut album, "Australia," he gained recognition and toured extensively, honing his craft. Signing with Epic Records led to his major-label debut, "Stop All The World Now," which achieved gold status and produced two Top 10 hits.

After leaving Epic, Day released the "Ceasefire" EP and continued touring, eventually recording "Lanterns" in Boston with producer Mike Denneen. The album, featuring guest vocals from Aimee Mann, was released in 2015. Now residing in Seattle, Day is exploring design and architecture while engaging with fans through digital platforms like Patreon, and diving into visual arts during the pandemic.
